About Us

It all started with a young man born with an allergy to bland food. His affliction drove him away from Spamtown, USA on a quest to discover flavor. Weaving his way across the country, then spending 16 years in  the Caribbean, he eventually landed in America’s "Oldest City" with a refined taste for heat.

Unable to find the perfect palate pleaser, he began experimenting, and lo and behold, Old City Fire Hot Sauce was born!
